Abstract The relationship between the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and the middle class is one of the important issues in the field of Islamic Revolution and the political sociology of the Revolution. The discourse developments of the Islamic Revolution in the dimension of floating signs have caused a sinusoidal movement in the relationship between the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and the middle class, which in turn has led to various changes and developments in Iranian politics in the era of the Islamic Republic. The question of the present study focuses on the relationship between the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and the middle class. The hypothesis of the article is that: Due to the colorful role of the middle class in the field of modern governance, the governments of the Islamic Republic, based on their sub-discourse, have provided a beautiful answer in interaction with the middle class. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method is library. The research findings indicate that most of the sub-discourses of the Islamic Revolution, due to their floating signs, have sought to provide preferences over the traditional and new layers of the middle class, and as a result of these preferences, reduce or increase the strength and power of the middle class. Or have become its traditional and new layers.

Abstract In the statement of the second step of the revolution, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, while analyzing what happened in the first forty years and emphasizing the strengths achieved, very thoughtfully and wisely identified the peaks available in the second forty years of the revolution, relying on the role of faithful and revolutionary youth. And the way to achieve the lofty ideal of the revolution, ie the creation of a new Islamic civilization in youth and the successful and increasing presence of revolutionary youth, committed and specialized in all domestic and foreign fields. The question that arose in this study was how youthfulness from the perspective of the statement of the second step of the revolution can lead to the realization of an advanced Islamic system? The answer was that young people can achieve this with conscience, solidarity, hopeful effort, thoughtful and planned work, and at the same time trusting in God and seeking help from God and relying on the spirit of youth. The findings of the study also indicated that the approved criteria for handing over vital and effective responsibilities and positions to the youth during the second forty years were commitment, expertise, faith, courage, justice and struggle, and with emphasis. On these characteristics, this path can be walked safely and better than the first forty years. Extracting the characteristics of youthfulness from the words and thought of Imam Khamenei (as) was the model of our work in this research.

Abstract Transparency as one of the emerging concepts in the last century has been considered by many scholars as one of the characteristics of good governance. In Islamic research, a lot of research has been done on the application of the characteristics of good governance with Islamic thought. This study, entitled "The place of transparency in good governance in Ayatollah Khamenei (as)", examines and adapts the component of transparency in the rule and thought of Ayatollah Khamenei (as), based on the study model of good governance in Alavi thought. Deals with the basis of the book Nahj al-Balaghah. This article seeks to answer the question of what place transparency has in the thought and rule of Imam Khomeini. For this research, content analysis method has been used as one of the most widely used data analysis methods. After the study, transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought was divided into two sections: "The content of transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought and rule" and "The requirements for transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought and rule" and The results of the research show that in the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei, transparency has been mentioned and emphasized in the words and manners of the Amir (AS) before it has been proposed by Western centers and thinkers, and in accordance with Alavi thought, Transparency in their thinking and governance is accepted and emphasized. Considering the change of governance tools and the expansion of the concepts of popular participation and public opinion and accountability, as well as the expansion of transparency tools in the present era compared to the era of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS), we can extract more statements under the concept of transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought and rule. (Modzaleh Al-Aali) paid that other researchers can achieve this without a comparative study.

Abstract The present study, based on the assumption that the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran can not be interpreted, explained and studied only with materialistic and objectivist approaches, seeks to analyze the role of the intersubjective concept of "ideas of national identity" in the formation and formation The foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran - in the period under review - is. For this purpose, Iran's national identity has been deeply thought out in the context of its three cultural components, namely Islam, Iranianness and modernity, and its impact on Iran's foreign policy between 1368-1392 has been studied in the form of constructivist theory. Therefore, the main question of the research is what role has the three cultural components of national identity played in the formation and formation of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran (2013-2014)? The work hypothesis has been formulated in such a way that it seems that the cultural components of national identity are the basis of the development of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the period under study. In this regard, the present study has tried to show that intersubjective ideas in the study of foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran are not found only in specific components of identity, but also within the national identity, contradictory identities and paradoxes in the development of foreign policy. Abstract One of the most important ways to achieve development is the participation of all members of society, and this is possible through the establishment of desirable and just social relations. Women's political participation is one of the important issues that is an important indicator in the process of sustainable development of any society. The more humane and just society has social relations, the more and better the participation and cooperation of individuals. In fact, disability participation is the structure and function of social relations and the distribution of facilities, resources, division of labor and responsibilities in society. Changes and developments that have occurred in recent decades in the political and social field of women in Iran, increasing the level of education, participation in various social, political and economic fields and in general their efforts to gain different roles in society show the activation of the role Women are in different fields. However, it can be seen that the presence and participation of women in senior management has serious problems. In the meantime, the question arises whether the victory of the Islamic Revolution had an effect on the quality of women's political participation? What are the barriers to women's political participation? The results show that the teachings of the Islamic Revolution emphasize on independence, oppression, social justice and gender justice, and these concepts have played a key role in women's equitable participation and less attention has been paid to independent participation. The traditional structure and texture that is woven into the fabric of thought and thought of the people of the society is influenced by the political culture of the Iranian society and seems to be a serious obstacle to the realization of women's rights and participation.

Abstract The lack of a comprehensive definition of the neither Eastern nor Western principle and the lack of consensus on its meaning among political groups have led to different interpretations of it. Some even believe that the expiration date of this principle has expired. Therefore, recognizing this principle from the language of thinkers, especially Imam Khomeini, is of special importance; The present study intends to recognize the concept of neither Eastern nor Western, to explain it causally as the basic principle of the life of the Islamic Revolution in order to have a correct understanding of this principle and the present of the Islamic Republic. Therefore, in the main question, we can say that if we want to have a correct understanding of the principle of "neither East nor West" and the Islamic Republic in a fair analysis, what issues should we consider? The article hypothesis states: "Neither Eastern nor Western principle is the grand foreign policy strategy of the Islamic Republic, which has presented many obstacles, problems and opportunities to the Muslim nation of Iran." This hypothesis has been tested in the present study during the review of documents using the documentary-analytical method. The findings of the research based on the documents and the constitution have translated the principle of neither East nor West as follows: non-reliance on West and East, fair behavior based on relations between East and West, lack of orientation towards East and West, determination Self-destiny and maintaining independence.

Examining the professional ethics of judges after the Islamic revolution

Abstract Implementing fair judgment is one of the principles and basis of Islamic society. And considering the great role of fair judgment in the realization of Iranian Islamic model of progress, in this research, the basics of professional ethics of judges in Islamic civilization are discussed. The conditions of judgment in the Islamic society have been established in such a way that people's lives, property, and honor do not fall into the hands of unworthy people, and the rights of individuals and society are not sacrificed to personal interests and desires or profit-seeking groups. . After examination and analysis, it can be said: through the Holy Quran and the life of the innocents (pbuh), it is possible to extract the important indicators of the professional ethics of judges, which include: fairness in proceedings along with sincerity in action and politeness. Ego, good behavior and good attitude, respect for equality and justice in judging and execution of sentence, responsibility and accountability towards the right holders, decisiveness in judging and dealing with wrongdoers. In this research, using the descriptive and analytical method and using library sources, it has been tried to examine the individual and structural aspects of judicial professional ethics after the Islamic revolution, and finally offer suggestions.

Abstract In this research, the types of soft war, including cultural aggression, cultural bloodshed, and finally cultural NATO, based on the principle of defense readiness, have been examined and explained according to Article 151 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Arrogance is always looking for ways to implement its evil goals on a global scale. who has never given up his rebellion and rebelliousness, he maintains his supremacy over the world and does not hesitate to commit any crime at any cost to achieve his evil goals.slow The findings of this research show that the domination system has mainly shifted its approach towards soft war in order to achieve its ominous regional and global goals, and in recent years it has been able to achieve significant success from this approach. Abstract Fundamentalist terrorism has been one of the important challenges of regional and even global peace and security in the last few decades. The Islamic Revolution of Iran and Russia have been subject to the threat of fundamentalist terrorism in some way. In this paper, an attempt is made to investigate the approach of the Islamic Revolution and Russia against fundamentalist terrorism. The fundamental question that is raised and examined is what approach have the Islamic Revolution and Russia adopted against fundamentalist terrorism? The present paper is descriptive and analytical and investigates the mentioned question using the library method. Findings of the paper indicate that fundamentalist terrorism is considered a serious threat to Islamic Revolution of Iran due to ideological reasons, threatening territorial integrity, and violence in the region, and also in the documents and strategy of Russia's national security, terrorism, including fundamentalist terrorism, is considered a serious threat to national security of this country. The strategy of the Islamic Revolution against fundamentalist terrorism can be explained both in the hardware dimension in the form of consulting and military intervention, and in the software dimension in the form of media activity as well as the formation of a regional alliance with countries such as Russia. In Russia's strategy against fundamentalist terrorism, military intervention and the use of regional alliances have had a special place, which can be explained as commonalities of the approach of the Islamic Revolution and Russia against fundamentalist terrorism.

The position of Shiites in Yemen in the geopolitical relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia

Abstract Countries try to increase their sphere of influence by using various phenomena and factors. Expanding the sphere of influence outside the borders of a country is usually considered as a sign of that country's strength, and for this reason, countries, especially regional powers, are interested in playing a role in their surrounding spaces through various factors and variables. In the meantime, one of these variables is the factor of religion. . We are witnessing extensive competitions between Iran and Saudi Arabia in the fields of geopolitics, geoeconomics, ideology and geoculture. Therefore, in the field of Yemeni competition, the existence of geopolitical relations between Iran and the Yemeni Shiites is in a way an observation of the spatial and geographical complements assumed beyond the borders, which are structurally homogeneous and functionally considered to provide the needs and shortcomings of a country. Therefore, the existence of ideological geopolitical competition between Iran and Saudi Arabia in Yemen and other countries, if governments aligned with the ideological tendencies of each of the two competitors are created, it will increase the power of maneuver and passivity of the other side in the regional scene. The current research seeks to answer the question of what role Yemen's Shiites will play in the regional geopolitical competition between Iran and Saudi Arabia. For this purpose, by using the collected documents and information and descriptive-analytical method of the content, the relationship of the desired variables has been examined.
