چکیده

رهبر معظم انقلاب در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب ضمن تحلیل آنچه در چهل سال ابتدایی گذشت و با تأکید بر نقاط قوت به دست آمده، بسیار مدبرانه و حکیمانه قله­ های قابل دسترس در چهل ساله دوم انقلاب را با تکیه بر نقش جوانان مؤمن و انقلابی مشخص نمودند و راه رسیدن به آرمان­ والای انقلاب یعنی ایجاد تمدن نوین اسلامی را در جوان­گرایی و حضور موفق و بیش از پیش جوانان انقلابی، متعهد و متخصص در همه میدان­های داخلی و خارجی دانستند. سئوالی که در این پژوهش مطرح شد این بود که چگونه جوانگرایی از منظر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب می­تواند موجب تحقق نظام پیشرفته اسلامی شود؟ در پاسخ مطرح شد که جوانان با وجدان­کاری، همبستگی، تلاشِ امیدوارانه، کار مدبرانه و برنامه‏ریزی شده، و در عین‏ حال توکل به خدا و استمداد از پروردگار و با تکیه بر روحیه جوانی می­توانند به این مهم برسند. همچنین یافته­ های پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که شاخصه­ های مورد تأیید ایشان برای واگذاری مسئولیت­ ها و مناصب حیاتی و مؤثر برای طی نمودن مسیر چهل سال دوم به جوانان از جمله تعهد، تخصص، ایمان، شجاعت، عدالت­خواهی و مجاهدت بوده، و با تأکید بر این شاخصه ­ها به سلامت و بهتر از چهل سال اول این راه می­تواند پیموده شود. استخراج شاخصه­ های جوانگرایی از کلام و اندیشه امام خامنه­ ای^{(مدظله العالی)} در این تحقیق الگوی کار ما بود.

In the statement of the second step of the revolution, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, while analyzing what happened in the first forty years and emphasizing the strengths achieved, very thoughtfully and wisely identified the peaks available in the second forty years of the revolution, relying on the role of faithful and revolutionary youth. And the way to achieve the lofty ideal of the revolution, ie the creation of a new Islamic civilization in youth and the successful and increasing presence of revolutionary youth, committed and specialized in all domestic and foreign fields. The question that arose in this study was how youthfulness from the perspective of the statement of the second step of the revolution can lead to the realization of an advanced Islamic system? The answer was that young people can achieve this with conscience, solidarity, hopeful effort, thoughtful and planned work, and at the same time trusting in God and seeking help from God and relying on the spirit of youth. The findings of the study also indicated that the approved criteria for handing over vital and effective responsibilities and positions to the youth during the second forty years were commitment, expertise, faith, courage, justice and struggle, and with emphasis. On these characteristics, this path can be walked safely and better than the first forty years. Extracting the characteristics of youthfulness from the words and thought of Imam Khamenei (as) was the model of our work in this research.
