طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی ایران

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف شناخت و تعیین مؤلفه‏های مدل آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای و ارائه‏ی الگوی عملی جهت آموزش به نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی، به روش ترکیبی (روش آمیخته) از نوع اکتشافی (کیفی-کمّی) به انجام رسیده و با استفاده از نظرات و دیدگاه‏های 21 تن از نمایندگان دوره‏های مختلف مجلس شورای اسلامی و صاحب‏نظران و متخصصان در زمینه طراحی مدل آموزش اخلاق حرفه‏ای، از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ ساختاریافته، اقدام به کشف و دسته‌بندی 90 مولفه‏ی اخلاق حرفه‏ای نمایندگی مجلس شورای اسلامی در 10 بُعد با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیودی کرده و در نهایت، ضمن نظرسنجی از تعداد 165 تن از نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی در قالب پرسشنامه در جهت تایید مولفه‌ها و ابعاد به‏دست آمده، مدلی به منظور آموزش این مولفه‏ها به نمایندگان مجلس طراحی گردید. بعد از طراحی مدل به اعتبارسنجی مدل پرداخته و با نرم افزار pls به بررسی معادله ساختاری پژوهش پرداخته شد و نتایج نشان داد که همه‌ی معیار های ارزیابی مدل اندازه گیری و ساختاری در سطح بسیار مطلوبی قرار دارند و لذا مدل اخلاق حرفه ای نمایندگان مجلس مورد تایید می باشند

چکیده English

This research was carried out with the aim of identifying and determining the components of the professional ethics education model and providing a practical model for training the members of the Islamic Council, using a combined method (mixed method) of the exploratory type (qualitative-quantitative) and using From the opinions and viewpoints of 21 representatives of different periods of the Islamic Council and experts and specialists in the field of designing a professional ethics education model, through semi-structured interviews, we tried to discover and categorize 90 components of professional ethics. Representation of the Islamic Council in 10 dimensions using MaxQD software and finally, while surveying 165 representatives of the Islamic Council in the form of a questionnaire to confirm the components and dimensions obtained, a model for training These components were designed for parliamentarians. After designing the model, the validation of the model was done and the structural equation of the research was checked with pls software and the results showed that all the evaluation criteria of the measurement and structural model are at a very favorable level and therefore the model of professional ethics of parliamentarians are approved
