چکیده
حکمرانی خوب که با مولفه هایی مانند «مشارکت،شفافیت،پاسخگویی، اثربخشی و حاکمیت قانون» بررسی و می تواند الگویی برای توسعه پایدار انسانی با ساز و کار تعامل عملی در سه بخش دولت، بخش خصوصی و جامعه مدنی باشد. بنابراین جامعه باید از طراحی نظام حکمرانی آغاز و تبدیل به یکی از فرآیندها «تمدن سازی اسلامی» گردد. لذا حکمرانی مطلوب باید نظام اجتماعی را به گونه ای سامان دهد تا بسترهای مناسبی را برای رشد آگاهی های فردی و اجتماعی در آن مهیا و زمینه گمراهی در آن کاهش یابد بنابراین حکمرانی مطلوب به معنای فرآیندها و نهادهایی است که به واسطه آن‌ها شهروندان، گروه‌ها و نهادهای مدنی، منافع مدنی خود را دنبال و حقوق قانونی خود را به اجرا و تعهدات‌شان را برآورده می‌سازند. داده های مورد نیاز تحقیق به روش تحلیلی_توصیفی و کتابخانه ایی گرد آوری شده است در پژوهش حاضر که به فرضیه اصلی تحقیق پاسخ داده شده است، با توجه به اندیشه های سیاسی انقلاب اسلامی ایران ظرفیت کافی برای ارایه الگوی بومی حکمرانی خوب وجود دارد؟ بنظر می رسد ظرفیت کافی برای ارایه الگوی بومی حکمرانی خوب در ایران وجود داشته باشد. هدف از ارائه مقاله حاضر؛ بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر حکمرانی خوب مبتنی بر اندیشه های سیاسی انقلاب اسلامی می باشد.

Good governance that is examined with components such as "participation, transparency, accountability, effectiveness and rule of law" and can be a model for sustainable human development with the mechanism of practical interaction in the three sectors of government, private sector and civil society. Therefore, the society should start from the design of the governance system and become one of the processes of "Islamic civilization building". Therefore, good governance should organize the social system in such a way as to provide suitable platforms for the growth of individual and social awareness in it and to reduce the field of misguidance in it. Therefore, good governance means processes and institutions through which citizens, groups and Civil institutions pursue their civil interests and implement their legal rights and fulfill their obligations. The data needed for the research has been collected by analytical-descriptive and library methods. In the present research, which has answered the main hypothesis of the research, according to the political ideas of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, is there enough capacity to provide a local model of good governance? It seems that there is enough capacity to provide a local model of good governance in Iran. The purpose of presenting this article; Investigating the effective factors on good governance is based on the political ideas of the Islamic Revolution.
