چکیده
مشارکت سیاسی زنان همواره از مسائل چالش‌برانگیزی بوده است که نظام‌های سیاسی طی دهه‌های اخیر با آن مواجه بوده اند و علیرغم اینکه در این موضوع کشورها پیشرفت‌های چشم‌گیری داشته و بستر مناسبی جهت حضور آنان در حوزه عمومی فراهم شده، برخی تنها به صرف الزامات اجتماعی و به ویژه برآمده از ملاحظات سیاسی، در عرصه عمومی حضور یافته‌اند. به همین منظور مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش و مشارکت سیاسی زنان در فرایند توسعه سیاسی را در کشورهای ایران، افغانستان و عربستان و نیز براساس نوع و میزان بازنمایی این نقش و دلایل کم رنگ و پررنگ شدن مقطعی این نقش، به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال اساسی بوده که «مشارکت سیاسی زنان در کشورهای ایران، افغانستان و عربستان، در دو دهه گذشته (2000-2020) متاثر از چه عواملی بوده است؟». مقاله حاضر با رویکردی مقایسه‌ای و با روشی توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی مشارکت سیاسی زنان در سه کشور مذکور پرداخته است. نتایج حاکی از این است که فرهنگ سیاسی، ساخت قانونی و ساختار حزبی در این سه کشور، باعث محدود شدن مشارکت سیاسی زنان شده است. و در این راستا زنان در تقابل با این وضعیت مبارزات سیاسی خود را برای به دست آوردن حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی خود صورت داده‌اند

Women's political participation has always been one of the challenging issues that political systems have faced in recent decades, and despite the fact that countries have made remarkable progress in this matter and a suitable platform for their presence in the public sphere. provided, some have appeared in the public arena only due to social requirements and especially due to political considerations. For this purpose, the present article aims to investigate the role and political participation of women in the process of political development in the countries of Iran, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia, and also based on the type and extent of representation of this role and the reasons for the diminution and the partial emphasis of this role, in search of an answer to this The basic question is "what factors have affected the political participation of women in the countries of Iran, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia in the last two decades (2000-2020)?". This article has investigated the political participation of women in the three mentioned countries with a comparative approach and a descriptive-analytical method. The results indicate that political culture, legal structure and party structure in these three countries have limited women's political participation. And in this regard, against this situation, women have made their political struggles to gain their political and social rights.
