Since geopolitical factors can be considered a basis for competition or confrontation, this research was chosen with the aim of determining the factors of divergence between the two countries. Descriptive research method is an applied analysis. In order to carry out the research, by conducting theoretical geopolitical studies of the countries of Saudi Arabia and Iran, questionnaires were prepared in two stages and presented to the statistical population of 36 people (in full) and after receiving opinions, data processing was done. In the statistical analysis of frequency distribution tables, one-sample Student's t-test and mean test were used, and based on this, 20 factors were used to answer the research question based on the theories of balance of power and conflict and based on macro political, economic, technological, natural and military geopolitical factors. Therefore, this article delves into the most important structural obstacles to economic development in Iran after the Islamic Revolution. The research approach is qualitative. In terms of purpose, it is applied research. It used library studies to collect information on theoretical foundations and research literature, as well as the background of the research subject. It drew out some indicators that were theoretically relevant to the research and its components and displayed them in a pattern. First, we studied the economic development theories (modernization theory, dependency theory, world system theory, rentier government theory, Rostow's theory, Todaro's theory, and Lewis's development theory), then analyzed the development programs after the Islamic revolution, which include six programs. These programs were not similar and had variations and differences. The research drew a model to achieve economic development according to the review of the theoretical literature of the research on the sociology of the structural obstacles to development in Iran after the Islamic Revolution. It includes political development, reforming monetary and price policies, developing global trade and absorbing capital, reducing the size of the government and strengthening the private economy, increasing productivity, and developing a comprehensive plan for poverty alleviation.

One of the issues of modern Islamic civilization is the requirements for its realization. In this article, an attempt has been made to investigate the question that what are the requirements for the realization of the new Islamic civilization in the declaration of the second step of the Islamic revolution in the field of social and political rights? The present article is descriptive and analytical and investigates the mentioned question by using the library method. The findings indicate that the realization of modern Islamic civilization requires requirements in the field of social and political rights. Paying attention to human dignity, the right to education and promotion of science and scholarship, justice and non-discrimination are among the most important requirements of social rights and the right to self-determination, tolerance and tolerance with opponents, the right to establish assemblies, freedom of speech and the right to security are among the most important requirements for the realization of modern Islamic civilization. The hypothesis of the research is that the internal contradictions and obvious contradictions in the actions of the groups involved in this revolution are considered the main reason for the failure of this movement. The results of the research show that the lack of a correct definition of the constitution, the transformation of constitutionalism into the formation of a new state in the form of a powerful person (here Reza Shah), the contradictions and divisions of the institution of the clergy, as well as the challenge of the clergy with the complete introduction of concepts and values Western influence - which was in conflict with Islamic values - to the Iranian society, the intervention of foreign powers and the control of the process of constitutional changes caused the failure of the constitution, and the final result was the birth of a new dictatorship from its heart. The basic question raised and analyzed in this article is what rights of the nation are included in the third chapter of the constitution according to the international human rights documents and more importantly, what are the political and social contexts. Is? The present article is descriptive and analytical and has investigated the mentioned topic using a library method. The findings indicate that what is proposed in the third chapter of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran is consistent with the human rights documents in this regard, although some of these rights face limitations. In the third chapter, the legislator has emphasized the freedom of individuals to the extent that it does not harm the rights and freedom of others, public order and Islamic principles. From the point of view of political sociology, the roots of the third chapter of the constitution should be sought in the libertarian developments of the constitutional revolution and libertarianism in this period. The hypothesis of the research is based on the fact that with the relative withdrawal of the United States from the Middle East region and the cautious but powerful entry of China and becoming one of the main players in this region, a new level of strategic relations between the countries of the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, and China, has been formed. Based on the neo-realist theory, this formation is the result of the transformation in the foreign policy goals and behaviors of the two countries and a function of their new position in the international system and their interactions with each other. The result of the research indicates the fact that the goals and common interests of the two governments in question demand the stability of peace and stability in the region, including in relation to Iran. In Iran also, especially after the Islamic Revolution, political participation and specifically voting behavior grabbed particular attention. In the Iranian political and legal structure, the different means of realization of political participation have been accepted, though with some barriers, in the framework of the constitution and the laws in the area of public rights. Thus, the present study aims to analyze and explore the position of political participation in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. To do so, the indicators of political participation and its mechanism in the constitution were expressed using library studies. Besides, the election as one of the components of political participation in the constitution was investigated. the results indicate that the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran as the main document to guarantee rights and freedoms explicitly or implicitly enumerates the people’s political participation as a right for them and determines its boundaries. The Islamic Republic system and its constitution are created by the people’s votes and in the meantime, the election of the Supreme Leader indirectly as well as the president’s selection and selection of members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and participation, in the government administration and participation in the advancement of the country's affairs.

The aim of the current research is to investigate the influence of the political behavior of the managers of the Ministry of Interior on their participatory political culture after the Islamic Revolution. The method of this research, in terms of dealing with quantitative data, and conducting research with the survey method, and collecting data with the questionnaire tool. The statistical population in this research includes the political managers of the Ministry of Interior, based on the collected information, their total number is more than 168 people, and all the required information has been collected from all of them. Therefore, the sample size in this research is equal to the total size of the statistical population of 168 people. In this research, non-random and purposeful sampling was used. In order to measure the validity or reliability of the research tool, face validity was used. The collected data were also analyzed through SPSS software. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between the gender of the respondents and the level of education with participatory political culture, and that there is a significant positive and direct relationship between political behavior and participatory political culture, and political behavior with all aspects of participatory political culture, i.e. cognitive dimension, value dimension. And the perceptual dimension also has a significant positive and direct relationship.

The following article is descriptive-analytical and has investigated the mentioned topic using the library method. The government of Mohammad Reza Shah tried to sideline the influential and historical classes by emphasizing the development programs. These policies, in addition to creating new opportunities and political and economic situations for some classes, limited the opportunities and positions of the traditional classes of Iran. By initiating the land reforms plan, setting aside the nobles and Khans, marginalizing the element of religion and the clergy, and prioritizing industrial development, Shah tried to set aside the traditional market from political-social developments in Iranian society and decided to create a strong base among the peasants, intellectuals and the industrial capitalist class. But due to conflicting development policies, he could not succeed in this matter, and over time, with the shift of classes, newer demands arose that contradicted the legitimacy of the regime of Mohammad Reza Shah, and therefore, this factor caused the fall of this regime. The importance of this issue in Islam is more apparent than other docrines due to Islam's stricter view of justice. The social security system, as and income redistribution tool, plays an important role in realizing justice. However, despite Iran's adherence to international conventions and the existence of numerous upstream documents and laws, according to the general policies of the social security system social welfare announced in Ordibehesht, 1401, it is necessary to develop a desirable social security model with an emphasis on the establishment of a multi-layered social security system. In order to provide the most appropriate social security model, this study tries to reach the most reliable agreement by sampling and collecting the opinions of experts in two categories of managerial fields and experts familiar with the topics of evaluation and ranking, by using Delphi method and aplplying AHP and ANP. Based on the negotiations with the experts and the preferred functions obtained in this study, it has been concluded that in the design of the social security model, economic equity has the first priority from the perspective of Islam and is the most important indicator among the defined indicators. According to the results obtained in this study, it is suggested that the managers in the field of insurance and social security, as well as relevant policymakers, explain and implement the Takaful model based on Islamic economic equity in the insurance sector.

In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the important question of what are the components of political jurisprudence in the field of foreign policy and how can the effects of these components be analyzed in foreign policy based on the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution? The following article is descriptive and analytical and has investigated the mentioned question using the library method. The findings indicate that political jurisprudence is a defining model in the form of political Islam, which has been proposed as an Islamic theory in international relations. Basically, political jurisprudence is also defined as the answers of religion to the political problems of society. Therefore, in the political society formed after the revolution, in the framework of the Islamic government, foreign policy is influenced by the components of political jurisprudence in this field. The principle of negation of the mustache, central justice, support for the weak, independence and self-sufficiency, and distrust of enemies are among the most important components of political jurisprudence in foreign policy. The effects of the mentioned components are anti-arrogance and confrontation with the unipolar system, demarcation with the enemy, defense of liberation movements and axis of resistance, issuing the Islamic revolution and supporting Islamic awakening, international pacifism, anti-arrogance and preserving independence, not fearing threats from enemies.

The concept and development of the ideal governance requires the theorization of the components of government, its acquisition and issuance as a conceptual model that requires the explanation of the ideal governance according to the capacities of religious teachings. Using the descriptive-analytical method, this research addressed the question of what characteristics and components the ideal government has at the level of the Islamic revolution. In response to this hypothesis, the desired governance was proposed in line with the Islamic revolution based on Islamic teachings, which are elaborated in accordance with the capacities of today's humanity, with a twin view of the world and the hereafter, accountability, transparency, accountability, legality and the protection of citizen's rights. Drawing and regulating the relationships of human social life. Findings show. First, the indicators of good governance have a positive and significant relationship with the legitimacy of governments in different dimensions, especially the level of satisfaction of citizens. This study was carried out using a combined method including library study and survey using a questionnaire tool. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated by the face validity method and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of this research is all members of Telegram and Instagram social networks over 15 years of age who live in Tehran and Qom, and 768 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's sampling formula and using cluster sampling. were selected The results of this research show a significant relationship between the two variables of activity in social networks and political activism of users, and the Spearman statistic at the 95% significance level is 0.24. Currently and based on the statements of the respondents, users are doing conventional political activism. However, if legal channels are closed for political activism, it can be predicted that unconventional methods of activism such as civil disobedience, protests, strikes, etc. will be used by activists.

Due to the close relationship between political development and political meritocracy in this research, the role of parties has been investigated on two variables. The current research is descriptive and analytical and has investigated the mentioned subject by using the library method. The findings indicate that political parties are effective in political development through political participation, political legitimacy, political socialization and management of national conflicts. Also, by creating political development, parties provide the basis for the realization of political meritocracy. In fact, by creating political development, parties create political meritocracy through creating a platform for governance and law enforcement, which in turn helps to strengthen and develop politics. In Iran, however, factors such as weak performance and seasonality of parties, non-acceptance of parties in the political culture of the people hinder the influence of this institution on the process of political development. The result is that a developing political system must create the necessary capacities and capacities in order to absorb and resolve the newly emerging conflicts in a political society by institutionalized organizations and systems within it. Due to the wide reflection of the Islamic Revolution in the Islamic world, which has led to the formation of political-Islamic developments, groups and currents. These groups and currents have emerged as new actors in the political and social arena. The Islamic Revolution accelerated this process by reviving Islamic teachings based on the Qur'an and the tradition of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as well as a method beyond all national, ethnic and religious differences. Therefore, during the last three decades, under the influence of the wave of Islamism in the region after the Islamic Revolution of Iran, we are witnessing the presence of liberal and Islamist currents in many parts of the world, including Iraqi Kurdistan. If one thinks deeply about the emergence and growth of Islamic currents in Iraqi Kurdistan according to the history of the formation of Islamist parties and their geographical location, this event is completely related to the phenomenon of the Islamic Revolution and its cross-border effects.In this research, an attempt is made to use the analytical and descriptive method to the contexts that the Islamic Revolution has laid on the Islamic currents and parties in Iraqi Kurdistan, which can also be mentioned as the main hypothesis of the research.
