In order to analyze this issue, Huntington's theory and the theory of social gaps are used. The author is of the opinion that characteristics such as the ignorance of the masses, the elevation of intellectuals and their failure to bring the masses together, and on the other hand, ideological conflicts and unorganized competitions of elites and parties lead to failure. became.
