One of the most important external dangers that could be a major threat to achieving its goals and ideals in the first decade of the victory of the revolution was the occurrence of an imposed war on 31 September 1359. Therefore, despite the fact that this war was a serious threat to the Islamic revolution, it helped to deepen and internalize the revolution. As a result, there was a positive relationship between the war and the Islamic revolution of Iran. Therefore, this article examines the impact of the Iran-Iraq war on the process of stabilization and continuation of the Islamic Revolution using the analytical-descriptive method. In fact, in this research, the role of war in the continuation of the revolution is tried to be investigated. The question that is raised is what effect did the Iraq war against Iran have on the process of stabilizing the revolution? And in answer to this question, it can be said that despite the invasion of the Iraqi Ba'ath regime on Iranian soil, which was aimed at weakening the Islamic Revolution and preventing its waves from penetrating the region, the war imposed by spreading the spirit of unity and national solidarity, acted in the direction of stabilizing the Islamic Revolution.

An important issue is the comparison of social justice with these patterns of development. In order to study this issue, the question is to what extent the development models in the governments after the Islamic Revolution have been successful in achieving social justice? The outcome of social justice in these states is determined by evaluating and comparing development indicators as well as social justice, such as poverty alleviation and deprivation, inflation rate, unemployment rate, economic growth and Gini coefficient. The present study intends to use the analytical-comparative method to examine and compare the extent of social justice in the development patterns of these states.

Findings of this research using descriptive-documentary research method, show that the legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while combining the legal system and the adoption of new laws with moral teachings and Islamic values, as a comprehensive and transcendent model. It is manifested that in interaction with global approaches, it has adopted a new approach. Western legal systems, based on the two broad orientations of "natural law" and "school of positivism", have limited the constituents of law to rational cognitions, pure justice, political and economic ends, public will, and empiricism. ‌ and because of this they have suffered from reductionism and inadequacy. The legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, having the strengths of other legal systems and eliminating the shortcomings of these systems, has become a sublime and complete model that, while paying attention to social goals and material goals, based on religious principles and values. It is obvious that due to the involvement of the popular mobilization movement in the thinking of the revolutionary leaders, in the Great Islamic Revolution, the form of mass movement of the people enjoyed the necessary maturity, and in general, every revolution requires the use of popular mobilization; An ideal that many have failed to reach from empathy and companionship to fulfillment. The history of this civilized land mentions Sheikh Fazlullah Nouri, Mirza Kuchak Khan Jangali, and Ra'is Ali Delvari only as the few who rose up in the way of mass mobilization of the masses - in the contemporary era - against the tyranny of the ruling class. . A group that, despite their many resistances, did not achieve the main goal, and of course were the great founders of a bright future. According to the above approach, in this article we sought to explain the extension of the concept of mobilization throughout human history. According to this goal, we divided history into five different periods, from Basij and the Medes, Basij and Achaemenids, before Islam, to Basij and Safavids, Basij and the Constitution, and finally Basij and the Great Islamic Revolution. The findings of the article, which were based on an analytical approach, suggest that the emergence of mobilization dates back to the earliest period of human collective life, and that mobilization is a conceptual concept developed over several decades. The most common form of resource extraction in today's countries is taxation. The purpose of special distribution is the distribution of various types of money, goods, services and opportunities by government organizations among individuals and groups in society. In this research, the author seeks to examine the impact of oil revenues on the extractive and distributional features of the political system in the two countries of Iran and Norway, each of which benefit from a significant amount of natural resources. But it seems that the impact of income from these sources was completely different in these two countries. In fact, the main question is what effect oil revenues have on the political system of the above two countries. In this research, by using the comparative method, we seek to specifically examine this effect on the two special tasks of extraction and distribution of the political system. It seems that oil revenues under the influence of factors such as the degree of development, the quality of governance institutions and the way of management have left a double and different impact on these special tasks in Iran and Norway. In the research process, other questions are tried to be answered, such as; What is resource disaster theory? The different performance of countries with natural resources is rooted in what factors? What is the difference between the oil history of Iran and Norway? There are three main types of comparative analysis in social sciences; Case studies of countries in a comparative framework, systematic studies of a small number of countries and global comparison based on statistical analysis. In this research, the third approach has been used, in which we are faced with two approaches: "comparing relatively similar countries" and "comparing relatively different countries".

At the same time, the Islamic Revolution of Iran, with its emergence in an era when the social presence of religion was considered over, created theoretical challenges in processing what the Western world considered to be human utopia, and subsequently turned a wave of Western theorizing. With this description, the interaction point of sociology and politics can be explained in the political perspective. Because political attitude is a widely used concept in social psychology and political sociology; However, little attention is paid to it in this field. However, due to the importance of political attitude in increasing the probability of predicting political behavior, it should be considered. The present article aims to explain political sociology; Individual and psychological factors of political attitude formation as an important stimulus of this research to determine the meaning and how to form a political attitude was put on the agenda to theoretically expand the concept of political attitude of agents and how it is formed using a mixed approach and descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research findings indicate that understanding the political attitude helps to identify the possible political actions and increases the predictability in the field of politics.

Meanwhile, governance as a new concept in the development literature has attracted attention. Good governance has characteristics that can lead to economic development. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate governance and economic development in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research hypothesis is that the improvement of governance indicators can have significant effects on the development of development indicators such as higher per capita income, higher life expectancy, higher level of health, the development of information technology in society, general and specialized education. Have lower female fertility rates, lower child mortality rates, lower unemployment rates and increased social welfare. The theoretical model of this research is based on the theory of developmentalist government. The results of the research show that the improvement of governance indicators regardless of geographical location can have significant effects on the promotion of development indicators and thus increase social welfare, but by examining the studies, it can be said that according to the type Governance of Iran, the process of economic development of Iran in different periods after the revolution, has gone through different conditions and in each period of each of the indicators of governance have gone through a different situation.

The occurrence of the Islamic Revolution with a cultural nature was the inauguration of cultural independence along with other dimensions of independence that put the revolutionary society of Iran on a transcendent path with an Islamic-revolutionary culture and the holy defense strengthened and consolidated this situation. After the end of the war, with the aim of economic reconstruction and compensating for the backwardness of the Pahlavi era, the development and implementation of development plans was on the agenda of the government of the Islamic Republic. Development programs, considering its macro approach, affect various areas of society, including the field of culture. Given this experience in the Islamic Republic, and in particular, the experience of the Sixth Development Plan, the question arises that what effect did the formulation and implementation of the Sixth Development Plan have on the cultural independence of society after the Islamic Revolution? In response to this issue, with a descriptive-analytical approach, we tried to evaluate cultural independence and its indicators in the minds of the Imams of the Revolution, especially the communicative policies of the Supreme Leader and its comparison with the Sixth Plan formulated and implemented in the eleventh and twelfth governments. Let's deal with culture in the sixth program. In this regard, by reviewing and explaining the Sixth Plan and the policies of the Eleventh and Twelfth Governments in the form of the Sixth Plan bill and its actions during the implementation of the program, by looking at the intellectual foundations of government designers and development consultants in this period, to evaluate cultural independence and its indicators. We dealt with the statements of the Imams of the Revolution, and in particular the general policies of the system, in this atmosphere and conditions prevailing in the Sixth Plan. Based on this assessment, it is hypothesized that post-war development plans, and in particular the Sixth Plan, have advanced the evolution of cultural nutrition sources and provided grounds for cultural dependence.

The purpose of this article is to examine the approach of Iran after the revolution and the Kingdom of Sweden to Female Headed Households the policies and viewpoints of the policy makers of the two countries to this group of women and finally to provide solutions for Iranian stakeholders. The main question of this research is, what model is the policy-making of Iran after the revolution and the Kingdom of Sweden towards female heads of the household based on? The hypothesis that comes in the answer is that the approach of the two countries, although there are differences in terms of quantity and the granting of rights and benefits - which means Sweden's superiority in this field - but it was based on the dimensions of protection and poverty alleviation. The results of the research show that the two countries are focused on poverty alleviation policy, supporting the children of this group of women and overall economic aspects. The spread of globalization and development of demanding social forces have increased the significance of this issue. This article is descriptive-analytical and uses a library method. The citizenship of the globalized age has, on the one hand, involved domestic demands, and, on the other hand, transformed trans-national demands into sub-national issues, consistent with global demands. The main question of this article is: What challenges has globalization brought about for the Islamic Revolution discourses and the Judiciary, considering the citizenship rights theory? The research theory states that Iran is also subjected to the waves of globalization and this phenomenon has affected citizenship rights, thus causing challenges for the Judiciary and the Islamic Revolution discourse. Results from this article show that the Judiciary needs to have a more resilient interaction through its social context against the challenges arising from globalization in the area of citizenship rights domain, and to resolve these novel issues by relying on the dynamic capacity of the Shia jurisprudence.
