The more humane and just society has social relations, the more and better the participation and cooperation of individuals. In fact, disability participation is the structure and function of social relations and the distribution of facilities, resources, division of labor and responsibilities in society. Changes and developments that have occurred in recent decades in the political and social field of women in Iran, increasing the level of education, participation in various social, political and economic fields and in general their efforts to gain different roles in society show the activation of the role Women are in different fields. However, it can be seen that the presence and participation of women in senior management has serious problems. In the meantime, the question arises whether the victory of the Islamic Revolution had an effect on the quality of women's political participation? What are the barriers to women's political participation? The results show that the teachings of the Islamic Revolution emphasize on independence, oppression, social justice and gender justice, and these concepts have played a key role in women's equitable participation and less attention has been paid to independent participation. The hypothesis that this article addresses is that "the Shiite movement in Iraq, inspired by the Islamic Revolution of Iran, was able to create a new discourse that led to the transformation of power in Iraq." Accordingly, the main purpose of this article is to answer the question of how the traditional clergy has understood democracy? To answer this question, using David Held's models of democracy, we hypothesized that the traditional clergy, rejecting modernity and the theoretical foundations of democracy based on a kind of petrified, petrified and traditional Islam, had an authoritarian and conservative view of democracy. This article has selected Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi as the representative of the traditionalist clergy with a qualitative method and has tested David Held based on the seven indicators of democracy.   زمینه و هدف: استمرار انقلاب اسلامی پس از 44 سال و پایبندی به آرمان‌های اولیه آن علی‌رغم دشمنی‌های متعدد ...  Read More زمینه و هدف: استمرار انقلاب اسلامی پس از 44 سال و پایبندی به آرمان‌های اولیه آن علی‌رغم دشمنی‌های متعدد نظام سلطه، نشان می‌دهد که ساختار و ماهیت انقلاب اسلامی دارای ویژگی‌ها و شاخص‌های منحصر به‌ فردی است که توانسته این مسیر دشوار را طی نماید. هدف از نگارش این مقاله ارائه الگوی ارزش‌های بنیادین «سیر تکوین انقلاب اسلامی» بر اساس گفتمان امام راحل و مقام معظم رهبری است.روش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی است که به روش کیفی(تحلیل گفتمان) انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش را کلیه بیانات مرتبط با سیرتکوین انقلاب اسلامی که بیانگر اندیشه‌ها و تدابیر حضرت امام خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) می‌باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم‏افزار MAXQDA انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل اندیشه‌ها، آرا، نظرات، رهنمودها و تدابیر حضرت امام‌خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) نشان داد در فرایند سیر تکوین انقلاب اسلامی بایستی تعداد 4 بعد، 24 مولفه و 120شاخص (مفهوم) در حوزه ارزش‌های بنیادین برای انقلاب مدنظر باشد.نتیجه‏گیری: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد، ابعاد موثر در سیر تکوین انقلاب اسلامی بر اساس اندیشه‌های حضرت امام‌خمینی (ره) و مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)، در قالب ارزش‌های بنیادین می‏توانند در چهار بعد اسلامیت، جمهوریت، استقلال و آزادی قرار گیرد. خروجی پژوهش منجربه ترسیم الگوی راهبردی «سیر تکوین انقلاب اسلامی» بر اساس نظرات و تدابیر حضرت امام‌خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) شد که این الگو می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک مدلی جامع و مناسب برای یک انقلاب مردمی مدنظر قرار گیرد .

In the present article, this question has been examined - what are the mechanisms of political education in the education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and what effect does it have on conscious political activism? This article is descriptive and analytical, and the mentioned question has been investigated using the library method. The results indicate that one of the most important institutions in charge of education in the constitution is the Ministry of Education, which is responsible for a significant part of the political education process. But it seems that due to reasons such as the ineffectiveness of departments in the upper-level documents of the Ministry of Education, the ineffectiveness of departments in the Ministry of Education and Culture, the slogan-like support of the macro-management system, and the ineffectiveness of departments in political training schools in Iran's education system, it has not led to conscious political activism. According to the integral theoretical framework, non-rejection, acceptance of political pluralism and creation of intersubjective space and recognition of others are the most important mechanisms and requirements of political education leading to conscious action.

This article seeks to answer the question of how the Islamic Republic of Iran can use its cultural and historical potential in Uzbekistan. Our assumption is that the Islamic Republic of Iran, by utilizing its cultural capacities, Persian language, common background of civilization, can create a positive image of itself and increase its soft power in this country.

Maybe, the appeal of the media system and the mass media practice, especially the revolutionary media, to social responsibility can create a new doctrine in the innocent rights justification, the guarantee of a better implementation of international law, especially the law of war, and the preservation and consolidation of global peace and security. This research focuses on the mass media's approach to the war and the social responsibility of the media in the war analytically and descriptively, which deals with the performance of IRNA, BBC, and CNN news agencies in the Russia-Ukraine war. The results reveal that the media can help to realize the discourse of social justice via assessing the policies of their respective government and the ruling ideology and obeying it. Although some governments, by limiting the freedom of the media, despite reflecting some facts, may not fully fulfill their social responsibility principle and uphold innocent people's rights in conflicts, being aware of the influence of the mass media on public opinion, they try to distort the truth as they want by censoring the news. This necessitates a review of the media social responsibility principle and the special system creation to support the freedom of mass media during conflicts, as well as explaining the foundations of the sociology of revolutionary media and strengthening and increasing such media in social communication.

This issue has taken a more prominent form in Iranian society after the Islamic revolution of 1357.with the study of the community of humanities students of the Islamic Azad University of Shiraz University, aims to investigate the influence of religious beliefs and values on the formation and realization of the model of religious democracy. Based on Cochran's formula, 332 people were selected as the sample size by simple random sampling method and were analyzed by t-test method. The findings show that the realization of the model of religious democracy is influenced by the attitude of the people of the Iranian society towards the components of this model. the realization of the model of religious democracy means the acceptance of a distinct form of society administration, which can also be considered as a factor for the expansion of the Islamic Revolution. From this point of view, issuing the model of religious democracy means issuing the values of the Islamic Revolution in the new stage of the Islamic Revolution. Another argument is that the link between religion and political values by the Islamic revolution is a special and distinct model, which is clearly a negation of the propagation of the model of secularism on the one hand and an ineffective negation of the role of religion in the administration of Islamic societies on the other hand.

And considering the great role of fair judgment in the realization of Iranian Islamic model of progress, in this research, the basics of professional ethics of judges in Islamic civilization are discussed. The conditions of judgment in the Islamic society have been established in such a way that people's lives, property, and honor do not fall into the hands of unworthy people, and the rights of individuals and society are not sacrificed to personal interests and desires or profit-seeking groups. . After examination and analysis, it can be said: through the Holy Quran and the life of the innocents (pbuh), it is possible to extract the important indicators of the professional ethics of judges, which include: fairness in proceedings along with sincerity in action and politeness. Ego, good behavior and good attitude, respect for equality and justice in judging and execution of sentence, responsibility and accountability towards the right holders, decisiveness in judging and dealing with wrongdoers. In this research, using the descriptive and analytical method and using library sources, it has been tried to examine the individual and structural aspects of judicial professional ethics after the Islamic revolution, and finally offer suggestions.

In this study, according to the research hypotheses, Spss-26 software has been used for analysis at both levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. According to the research results, the social index is 57.98%, cultural 60.97%, structural 54.92%, personality 53.51% and social participation 26.39%. Therefore, it is clear that the cultural dimension is greater than other dimensions.The results showed that the four main independent variables are 39% related to the dependent variable, ie social participation. On the other hand, they have been able to predict 14% of its changes. The regression model also has the necessary suitability. But the values ​​of impact show that the two variables of cultural barriers by 0.23 and personality barriers by 0.21 affect social participation. After four hypotheses, two are confirmed and two are rejected. Also, the two dimensions of cultural barriers are 35% related to the dependent variable, ie social participation. On the other hand, they have been able to predict 12% of its changes. Also, based on the results, it was found that only the education variable is related to participation, so that as the level of education increases, the amount of formal (0.22), informal (0.24) and total participation index (0.26) increases. Age and income variables are not related.
