Imam Khomeini paid attention to the fact that for the continuation of the political system in the Islamic Republic, it is vital to pay attention to the interests of the political system and society. Therefore, facing new political challenges and conditions opened the way for the use of the element of expediency, in which "public good" played a prominent and special role. The evolution of the category of expediency, which was accompanied by the rulings of Imam Khomeini, was to open political and social knots that had become "problems". Therefore, in the revision of the constitution, solving the problems of the system is one of the consultative matters that the Expediency Council He gives a leader who can solve them by securing the interests of the country and society. The sign of expediency, in the discourse of the Islamic Republic, which is the continuation of the discourse of political jurisprudence, is closely related to reason and rationality. In Imam Khomeini's thought, the characteristic of vala among Muslim societies is the systematicity and purposefulness of vala. The main question of the article is that in Imam's thought, the connection between Muslim societies is possible in the form of what system and model? In response, using Ayatollah Asefi's theory of Wala network, this hypothesis is examined that Imam Wala and the connection between Muslim communities are possible within the framework of a system and network with the goal of divine rapprochement. In this Wala-Barat system, which has three longitudinal dimensions (relationships of the society with God and the first things), depth (divine heritage and the tradition of the infallible) and transverse (relationships and relationships of the Islamic Ummah), the transverse dimension (link between Muslim societies) is subject to two It is a longitudinal dimension (Umm al-Qara) and a depth (Sunnah and History of the Innocents). The depth dimension is an intellectual foundation and explains the boundaries and gaps of the vala network and gives identity to the other two dimensions, and the longitudinal dimension provides the necessary authority and security for the transverse dimension and the relationship of Muslim people. But the fact is that the Islamic Republic since 1979, has always been subject to various economic and military sanctions and diplomatic pressures of Western countries and the UN Security Council with different intensity and weakness. US sanctions against Iran began after the capture of its embassy in Tehran (November 1979) and have continued unabated to this day. US and other Western sanctions have been imposed on various pretexts, including the fight against terrorism, human rights abuses, illegal nuclear activities, the construction and launch of ballistic missiles, and Iran's military intervention in other countries. Assuming the exponential nature of US-centered international sanctions, this article uses a descriptive-analytical approach to answer the question of how "anti-Iranian sanctions" have been transformed from a sociological perspective. Findings show that international sanctions against Iran, using its military, security, political, geoeconomic and geocultural functions, have evolved over time.

This study, entitled "The place of transparency in good governance in Ayatollah Khamenei (as)", examines and adapts the component of transparency in the rule and thought of Ayatollah Khamenei (as), based on the study model of good governance in Alavi thought. Deals with the basis of the book Nahj al-Balaghah. This article seeks to answer the question of what place transparency has in the thought and rule of Imam Khomeini. For this research, content analysis method has been used as one of the most widely used data analysis methods. After the study, transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought was divided into two sections: "The content of transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought and rule" and "The requirements for transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought and rule" and The results of the research show that in the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei, transparency has been mentioned and emphasized in the words and manners of the Amir (AS) before it has been proposed by Western centers and thinkers, and in accordance with Alavi thought, Transparency in their thinking and governance is accepted and emphasized. Considering the change of governance tools and the expansion of the concepts of popular participation and public opinion and accountability, as well as the expansion of transparency tools in the present era compared to the era of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS), we can extract more statements under the concept of transparency in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought and rule. (Modzaleh Al-Aali) paid that other researchers can achieve this without a comparative study.

The present article is descriptive and analytical, and the library method is used. This increasing and uncontrolled energy consumption trend in our country have shown the unfruitfulness of policies to optimize the consumption pattern. The trend of energy consumption in the country has a social and cultural nature. This article, regarding the social capital concept, examines the cultural and social changes in energy consumption and its optimization strategies for use in future energy policy processes in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Based on the published official statistics, social capital in the Islamic Republic of Iran is high in the form of horizontal trust. Consequently, by manifesting the crisis in this field and aligning it with natural disasters, one can create extensive propaganda through non-governmental organizations and make people aware of its consequences at the national level. As so, it can be projected that people will be aware of the reduction of energy and fossil fuel consumption at this stage. In this way, the consumption of the people of Iran will approach the level of countries with advanced economies. In this way, in the form of the concept of social capital, three solutions were suggested to apply this concept as much as possible in energy consumption reduction policies, which include training and extending the optimal model of fuel and energy / The involvement of non-governmental and religious institutions.

The importance of this issue is due to the short time of observation and monitoring results and the generalization of monitoring results to improve performance in subsequent years. The data of this research have been collected through documentary and library method using official reports of the Planning and Budget Organization and analyzed by interpretive method. The main impediments to the realization of justice policies have been identified after monitoring the implementation of the Sixth Plan. The results show that weaknesses in the prediction of financial and non-financial resources, slow adoption of regulations, dependence on oil revenues, and weak management factors are some of the major obstacles to implementing the Sixth Development Plan.

The purpose of this article is to examine the question of what place cultural diversity has in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and what are the solutions for cultural diversity in the Islamic Republic of Iran from the perspective of political sociology? This article is descriptive and analytical, and data collection has been used in data collection. The findings indicate that cultural diversity is formed in appropriate political and social contexts. Cultural diversity is recognized in Iran's constitution. Several principles of the constitution deal with the issue of culture and cultural rights, such as the right to free education, the right to freedom of communication and information, and the right to equality in enjoying all cultural rights. Cultural diversity in Iran's constitution includes three cultural elements, namely, language, religion and way of life. It seems that one of the challenges and problems facing cultural diversity is the non-recognition of cultural rights in an independent form and the non-allocation of a specific annual cultural budget from the government. The opportunity to consider cultural diversity, view cultural diversity as the foundation of security, adopt multicultural policies in general and multicultural education policies in particular, pay attention to social realities and intercultural sensitivities, intercultural communication, intercultural education and intercultural dialogue are among the most important It is a solution to strengthen cultural diversity in the Islamic Republic of Iran from the perspective of political sociology.

The Islamic Revolution of Iran has been considered a turning point in the history of socio-political developments in the contemporary world, which has brought about many changes. The victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1957 symbolized the victory of a government based on values ​​and beliefs, which opened a new chapter in popular movements and promoted the position of ideological beliefs. In this system, political elites have a prominent position and play an important role in basic decisions in various dimensions. The study of the behavior of political elites in Iran after the Islamic Revolution, especially in the last two decades, indicates the continuation of the behavioral and cultural characteristics of political elites in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The upbringing and selection of political elites in Iran after the revolution does not have a well-organized and pre-designed model. In addition to the continuation of these characteristics in the elites, other factors such as the inefficiency of political institutions, which is rooted in the behavior of the elites, has led to many changes in the political and social arena of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially in recent decades. Therefore, the current research seeks to answer the question, what does the concept of national cohesion mean in the political thought of Ayatollah Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (Madazla Al-Ali)? What are its dimensions and components? Methodology: The method of the current research is qualitative and of thematic analysis type. The statistical population in this research includes all the speeches that His Holiness gave from 1368 to 1397 regarding national unity. Therefore, the method of collecting information is a library using a phishing method and referring to first-hand sources, that is, the speeches of His Holiness documented on his website. Therefore, the method of analyzing the findings was done by thematic analysis based on the Supreme Leader's website and his statements.Results and findings: The results of the research findings in the field of the political thought of the Supreme Ayatollah Khamenei (Madazaleh Al-Ali) show the effects and political, economic, cultural and social factors in national cohesion. The components of political factors include a- leadership and authority, b- unity between the three powers and government agencies, and c- people. Also, social factors include: a) formation of trade unions, and attention to people's problems, b) formation of religious boards and attention to spiritual issues, and c) creation of healthy recreation centers.

The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included organizational and academic elites, and non-random sampling method was used to determine the sample. The second group of the statistical population of this research included all the students of technical and professional fields in Tehran, numbering 970 people, and using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method, 275 students were selected as the sample size. . To collect research data, semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative part, and researcher-made questionnaires were used in the quantitative part. The validity and reliability of the instruments were confirmed. In the quantitative part, according to the research questions, theoretical coding methods, Pearson correlation, and sample t-test were used. The results of the research showed that the dimensions of goal, content and evaluation were identified as the dimensions of the political socialization curriculum.

Meanwhile, the role of the martyr Beheshti in drafting the constitution and foreign policy of Iran is undeniable. So, the main question of the article is what was the martyr Beheshti's view on the future orientation of Iran's foreign policy and which orientation did he think is best? The main research hypothesis emphasizes the nonalignment. To answer the question and to test the hypothesis, the martyr Beheshti's views were adapted and applied to the three orientations of isolationism, nonalignment, and alliance mentioned by Holsti on foreign policy. Also, we surveyed neutrality as a fourth orientation in the foreign policy of states. The method used in this paper was a mixture of quantitative analysis (frequency counting of indicators related to the four orientations of foreign policy) and qualitative analysis (interpretation of findings and comparison). The research findings showed that the two orientations of isolationism and neutrality have no place in the martyr Beheshti's thoughts. Among the other two orientations, nonalignment gains the first place with 73% frequency and the alliance the second place with 27%. The important point is that martyr Beheshti has prescribed alliance not with the great powers, but for Iran's relations with Muslim countries and the Third World.

Therefore, this is the basis for writing the present study. The aim of this paper is to examine the question of what are the ideological foundations of the nation's rights in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the constitution from the perspective of political sociology. The hypothesis of the article is: Internal socio-political developments, such as interaction with the outside world and European countries as well as external events, such as the defeat of Russia against Japan are the foundations of the political sociology of the nation's rights in the constitutional law. The continuation of the libertarian approach in the Islamic Revolution of 1979 is also the basis of the political sociology of the nation's rights in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study is descriptive and analytical, and the library method was employed to explore the mentioned topic. Secularization is one of the most important concepts in the field of sociology of religion. Some argue that secularization is the inevitable future of all developing societies. In Iran, which has a structure intertwined with religion, this issue has always been of fundamental importance. In this article, using the documentary method, the formation process and the results of secularization in the Pahlavi dynasty and the period after the victory of the Islamic Revolution were studied. The results show that the Pahlavi government paid much attention to the policy of secularization and tried to expand it in all areas, which ultimately saw the failure of secularization policies and the emergence of a revolutionary movement through popular protests based on Islamic discourse. In the period after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, due to the depth and attachment of Iranians to religion and Islam, we are witnessing an integration path in society, the solution of which is to try to integrate religion and the modern situation theoretically and practically.

For this purpose, Iran's national identity has been deeply thought out in the context of its three cultural components, namely Islam, Iranianness and modernity, and its impact on Iran's foreign policy between 1368-1392 has been studied in the form of constructivist theory. Therefore, the main question of the research is what role has the three cultural components of national identity played in the formation and formation of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran (2013-2014)? The work hypothesis has been formulated in such a way that it seems that the cultural components of national identity are the basis of the development of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the period under study. In this regard, the present study has tried to show that intersubjective ideas in the study of foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran are not found only in specific components of identity, but also within the national identity, contradictory identities and paradoxes in the development of foreign policy. Islamic Iran has a great role to play.

Slogans that above all emphasize the lack of accurate knowledge of the Iranian society about the real coordinates of Reza Shah's government and the enemy's cognitive war. A government that friends and enemies consider fair return to it and similar to it as backward. Regardless of the purposeful and planned design of such slogans by some opposition groups and Branda, the desire of a part of the Iranian society for this reactionary movement should not be neglected. A desire that originates above all from the lack of understanding and awareness of the society and is an example of the success of the enemy's cognitive warfare. An issue that makes it necessary to carry out detailed research on the nature of Reza Shah's government. Many thinkers have divided dictatorial governments into different types according to their nature. Based on this, the main question of the current research is the exact location of Reza Shah's government from this point of view. The available evidence shows that Reza Shah's dictatorial government, despite having some common characteristics of all dictatorships, is in full compliance with the military dictatorship. In this historical and descriptive-analytical research, an attempt has been made to cite some new historical documents, after a theoretical discussion about the characteristics of dictatorial governments and the types of dictatorships, the military dictatorship of Reza Shah under the three indicators of "the perpetuity of war and conflict in the bio-social sky" ", "sanctity of the army and military forces" and "creating a militaristic society" should be examined.

This thesis seeks to answer this basic question with explanatory-analytical and descriptive method, why the participation and competition of political, social and intellectual currents in Iran is mainly due to the crisis of institutional trust (to civil institutions and political organizations) since the middle of the 1370s. Has it lasted until 1400? The hypothesis of the research is that inflexible polarization and power-hungry, law-abiding, non-transparent, unorganized and non-committed to civil and democratic principles and ethics, national independence and cohesion lead to a crisis of institutional trust in the government and civil institutions, lack of peaceful political dynamism. It has been in the political processes of the country. The findings of this research show that the polarization between two competing social and political currents, fundamentalist and reformist, leads to relative instability in the social-political system of the society, a significant decrease in social capital centered on public trust in political-party currents and It has even been ruled.

Therefore, in this regard, the national mobilization of the people and officials has a significant role. For national mobilization in a resistance economy, in addition to economic prerequisites and dimensions, we need to consider other non-economic dimensions. These include: jihadi management, national cohesion, the fight against rent-seeking and corruption, attention to the vision document and upstream documents, attention to data-based companies, government agility, etc. National mobilization plays a key role in this. The common denominator of the two categories of resistance economy and national mobilization are the people. In this research, while using research mixed with descriptive-inferential method, we seek to answer the question that what strategies can mobilize the Iranian nation in a resistance economy?

After the Islamic revolution, due to the changes that took place in the social, cultural and political fields, many stories were written based on postmodernism that one of their main characteristics is the non-linear and disjointed narrative. While doubting the patterns of the past decades, contemporary writers sought to find new ways of writing their works. Reza Ghasemi is also one of the prominent writers after the revolution in the field of fiction writing, and the most important feature of his works is the use of a special type of narration that has had a great impact on other elements of his stories. The purpose of this research, which was written based on a descriptive and analytical method, is to investigate the characteristics of narration in postmodernist stories and the effect of the narrator's narration on the process of events in Ghasemi's stories. Also, an attempt was made to reveal and decipher some ambiguities by analyzing the ambiguous elements of the novel. This research shows that it is difficult and impossible to understand these stories without knowing the characteristics of the narrator.

For this purpose, using ...  Read More This study aimed to explain the sociology of political branding in Iranian parties after the Islamic Revolution with an emphasis on the meta-synthesis approach. For this purpose, using the qualitative research approach and meta-synthesis tools, which includes seven steps, a systematic evaluation and analysis of the results and findings of the previous research has been done. In this method, by searching the keywords "Sociology of Political Branding in Iranian Parties" in various databases, initially 2151 studies were found in the time period of 2012 to 2021 (1391 to 1400 AH). Of these, 1468 studies in terms of title, 429 studies in terms of abstract and 199 studies in terms of content were not consistent with the purpose and questions of the present research; therefore, these studies were discarded and only 55 studies that were in the field of political branding in Iranian parties after the Islamic Revolution and were in line with the purpose and questions of the present research both in terms of title and content were selected for meta-synthesis analysis and presenting a model of political branding in Iranian parties. By studying and carefully examining the finalized sources, sociological components and indicators of political branding in Iranian parties after the Islamic Revolution were extracted from each of the sources. In total, the pattern of political branding in Iranian parties after the Islamic revolution was identified and classified into 6 components and 55 indicators.

On the other hand, one of the causes of the ...  Read More As the most important legal text, the constitution determines the behavioral and institutional framework in the Islamic Republic of Iran. On the other hand, one of the causes of the Islamic Revolution for the originators and the legislators is the issue of society and individuals’ independence and freedom in the face of the government. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the position of civil society and the rights of individuals from the political modernity point of view. To do so, the main research question is, “what is the position of the political modernity components in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran?”. It is a descriptive-analytical study. The data has been collected by the library and documentation methods. The Islamic Revolution discourse has tried to establish the political order under the political Islam discourse, which implements the Islamic and religious teachings in society and somehow directs the society towards spiritual and divine development. It brings about otherworldly prosperity for the concept of citizenship. On the other hand, according to Maurice Barbier, political modernity is based on the structural separation of the government, civil society, and the individual. In other words, modernity, in its political aspect, is based on respecting each mentioned component. The findings indicate that the components of civil society and the rights of individuals have been emphasized in the legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
