The main hypothesis of the present article is that the developments related to the era of data explosion, Iran's foreign policy has played a decisive role in the foreign policy of our country in relation to this structure arising from the patterned development of artificial intelligence. The main argument of the authors is that Iran's data-based approach to the structure of the international system and the attempt to disrupt it plays an effective role in the cross-border vision of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, when the logic of data dominates the intellectual apparatus and foreign policy of the country, classical views cannot continue and with the beginning of political, economic, military changes, etc., in the artificial post-intelligence state of the algorithmic foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It should also change the mechanisms of national strategy design.

Towards the end of the Ottoman Empire and the mid-Qajar period, with the growth of Western political thought in the Islamic world and later with the fall of this empire, modern political thought grew and expanded among Muslim intellectuals and modernists. In the nineteenth century, students who went to Europe, influenced by the idea of ​​the nation-state, called for the separation of religion and state. With the coming to power of the Pahlavi government, this trend was further strengthened and entered into a serious challenge with the religious spectrum. Imam Khomeini, who was in charge of the seminary after the death of Ayatollah Boroujerdi, tried to link it to all aspects of human life by presenting a comprehensive interpretation of religion. The present study tries to explain his answer in the form of mainly socio-political issues by asking the question of what is meant by the Imam's holistic interpretation of Islam.

The inclination to luxury orientation among some layers of authorities can demonstrate a type of non-Alavi ruling and the non-divine and non-popular policy of this behavior style can create some problems for the realization of the Islamic Revolution’s objectives. The present study aims to recognize the harms of the tendency toward class discrimination using a descriptive-analytical method and reviewing the available opinions. Provision of a specific definition of aristocracy and exploration of a way to obviate and avoid this defect through a public culturalization and development of the public and media supervision as well as the infusing the element of simple lifestyle as one of the main components to get any position in the Islamic Republic, are among the objectives of the present study. The weak performance of the responsible institutions, such as the legislature, the executive, the judiciary, and the governing institutions, as well as the involvement of influential people and political factions in fighting against class discrimination, and mere reliance on speeches, are among the most important causes of the growth of class discrimination in the Islamic Republic.

The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on the library collection method.   پرسش اصلی پژوهش آن است که در بستر شرایط و وضعیت اقتصادی، سیاسی، مدیریتی و اجتماعی کشور انگاره ها یا ایستارها ...  Read More پرسش اصلی پژوهش آن است که در بستر شرایط و وضعیت اقتصادی، سیاسی، مدیریتی و اجتماعی کشور انگاره ها یا ایستارها چه تاثیری بر مشارکت سیاسی دانشجویان در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری سال 1400 و ارزیابی آنها از انتخابات کنونی و انتخابات در آینده داشته است؟ این پژوهش با روش پژوهش پیمایشی توصیفی و با تکنیک پرسشنامه ای در دو شکل باز و بسته انجام شده است.. یافته های پژوهش در هر دو پرسش نامه باز و بسته با محور های چندگانه نشان دادند که عوامل و شرایط نامطلوب و بد اقتصادی کشور از بالاترین تاثیر در ایجاد انگاره و جهت گیری رفتاری در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری و ارزیابی منفی به نتایج انتخابات و احتمالا استمرار آن در آینده داشته اند. در جایگاه بعدی، عوامل دیگر قرار دارند که مهمترین آنها عبارتند از: مدیریت و مدیران ضعیف و ناکارامد یا کمتر کارامد، عدم شفافیت و فساد در نظام سیاسی و اقتصادی (بوروکراسی کمتر پاسخگو و نظارت پذیر) ، ضعف اخلاق مدنی، نبود فضای رقابتی و باز در حد مطلوب، وجود تبعیض ها، هدایت شدگی ها و فرصت های نابرابر در تبلیغات، عدم برخورداری کاندیداها از شاخص های صلاحیت، ارتباط پذیری صادقاانه با مردم و اخلاق مدنی و در نهایت نهادینه نبودن شرایط مطلوب برای تحقق رفتار انتخاباتی در قالب دو انگاره مطلوب حق فردی و تکلیف ملی برای بهبود شرایط و تعیین سازنده سرنوشت فردی و ملی. در مجموع این انگاره های سلبی منجر به کاهش مشارکت انتخاباتی دانشجویان مورد مطالعه در حد کمتر از یک سوم بود.

It analysis the content of the cover of Golagha monthly, using the documentary, library, and interviewing methods.Political satire as a sign of political development, can have a significant impact on advancing the society toward growth and excellence. The political satire in the Golagha monthly can be considered as one of the underlying factors for Promoting political development during the reformation period (1997-2005). Considering its common grounds with the indicators of political development (and as a result having reflective and directive approaches of elaborating on the shortcomings and defects of the society to the government), it had a substantial role in Iran taking steps from the present situation to the desirable situation. The most important question is: What were the results of the wave of Islamic awakening (2011) following the demand for democracy influenced by various forces in Tunisia? And its realization is affected by various Islamic and secular forces and currents in Tunisia, and of course its influence by the Islamic Revolution of Iran is desired (goal). An identity that is in conflict with the Islamic-Arabic identity of the Saudis with an emphasis on Wahhabism. In addition, the political identity of the Saudis is defined in closeness and unity with the West, but the Iranian identity is introduced with the unity of the Islamic world and in conflict with the West. Therefore, the question is raised, what are the consequences of the different political-social identities on the relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia after the victory of the Islamic Revolution? The findings of the research indicate that different political and social identities are influenced by the ideology of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, centered on the Shiite religion in confronting the domination system and striving for a culture of resistance, and Saudi Arabia, centered on Wahhabi thinking, in cooperation with the domination system and in opposition to The culture of Islamic resistance has led to the adoption of confrontational policies by both sides in bilateral relations, regional crises and international competitions. The Islamic Revolution of Iran and Russia have been subject to the threat of fundamentalist terrorism in some way. In this paper, an attempt is made to investigate the approach of the Islamic Revolution and Russia against fundamentalist terrorism. The fundamental question that is raised and examined is what approach have the Islamic Revolution and Russia adopted against fundamentalist terrorism? The present paper is descriptive and analytical and investigates the mentioned question using the library method. Findings of the paper indicate that fundamentalist terrorism is considered a serious threat to Islamic Revolution of Iran due to ideological reasons, threatening territorial integrity, and violence in the region, and also in the documents and strategy of Russia's national security, terrorism, including fundamentalist terrorism, is considered a serious threat to national security of this country. The strategy of the Islamic Revolution against fundamentalist terrorism can be explained both in the hardware dimension in the form of consulting and military intervention, and in the software dimension in the form of media activity as well as the formation of a regional alliance with countries such as Russia. In Russia's strategy against fundamentalist terrorism, military intervention and the use of regional alliances have had a special place, which can be explained as commonalities of the approach of the Islamic Revolution and Russia against fundamentalist terrorism.

The research ...  Read More The research aims at investigating socio-cultural factors affecting the political participation of students under the support of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Shiraz. The research method is survey. The statistical population includes all the students under the support of the Committee in Shiraz, 302 of whom were selected as a sample using a systematic sampling method. The research tool is a questionnaire, which was presented to the experts who are professors of the sociology department to determine its validity using the face validity method, whose opinion was based on confirming the validity of the questionnaires. In order to determine reliability, the internal consistency method using Cronbach's alpha method has been used. The descriptive results of the research reveal that the average attitude of students towards political participation is at a low level. The analytical findings of the research indicate that the relationship between students' political participation and religiosity, political trust, national identity and communication with friends in virtual space is positive, strong and meaningful. Among the demographic variables, the relationship between gender, marital status and field of study with political participation is significant, positive and strong. The explanation of political participation in the general state, according to the total of independent variables, shows that religiosity (0.234), communication with friends in virtual space (0.226), national identity (0.125) and marriage (0.099) ) are respectively the strongest predictors of political participation and can explain 48% of the changes in the variance of students' political participation.

It seems that despite the passage of four decades since the Islamic Revolution, the policies implemented in the educational system of this land, especially in the field of institutionalizing the high values of the Sacred Defense in the educational system, have not been able to properly fulfill their mission in the field of education and achieve great success. In this research, which has been done analytically and descriptively, an attempt has been made to answer this important question: what are the most important obstacles to the institutionalization of the values of Sacred Defense in the second forty-year of the revolution? In response to the mentioned question, the research hypothesis was based on the principle that the cultural officials' negligence in institutionalizing the values of Sacred Defense and the lack of training of competent agents are considered to be the most important obstacles in this field. In this context, it seems that the multi-part systems involved in the field of educational policy, the lack of priority of institutionalizing the culture of Sacred Defense in the field of education compared to other fields, the lack of large investments in this field, and the lack of connection between the educational body and other parts related to the cultural teachings of Sacred Defense in a specialized way are among the important issues and components in investigating the obstacles.

Expanding the sphere of influence outside the borders of a country is usually considered as a sign of that country's strength, and for this reason, countries, especially regional powers, are interested in playing a role in their surrounding spaces through various factors and variables. In the meantime, one of these variables is the factor of religion. . We are witnessing extensive competitions between Iran and Saudi Arabia in the fields of geopolitics, geoeconomics, ideology and geoculture. Therefore, in the field of Yemeni competition, the existence of geopolitical relations between Iran and the Yemeni Shiites is in a way an observation of the spatial and geographical complements assumed beyond the borders, which are structurally homogeneous and functionally considered to provide the needs and shortcomings of a country. Therefore, the existence of ideological geopolitical competition between Iran and Saudi Arabia in Yemen and other countries, if governments aligned with the ideological tendencies of each of the two competitors are created, it will increase the power of maneuver and passivity of the other side in the regional scene. The current research seeks to answer the question of what role Yemen's Shiites will play in the regional geopolitical competition between Iran and Saudi Arabia. But a jurist in the age of occultation must be accepted by the Ummah in addition to having the conditions mentioned in the Shari'i texts. ]n order to verify the management ability, courage, resourcefulness and awareness of the current conditions, there is a need to appeal to an expert in the aforementioned matters to recognize that this goal is achieved with two-level elections. According to Ayatollah Beheshti, the legitimacy of the ruling of the jurisprudence in the age of absenteeism is based on the selection theory of the province, according to which, in order to achieve legitimacy in leadership, in addition to the existence of jurisprudence and justice as the right of Allah in him, it is also necessary to accept the people as the right of people. These two conditions are necessary in addition to the acceptance of the people, and in the absence of any one of them, the legitimacy of the political system will not be completed. One of the transnational consequences of the Islamic Revolution was that it was able to breathe new life into the body of Muslims around the world and help revive political Islam. Factors such as cultural and religious proximity are considered as an important component in accelerating the spread of the values ​​of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Therefore, Yemen was one of the countries where the reflection of the Islamic Revolution was observed. Inspired by the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the Yemeni Shiites have been very active in Yemen and have emerged as an effective force in the social and political arenas. This article, compiled by descriptive analytical method, tries to examine the impact of the Islamic Revolution of Iran on the Yemeni Shiite movements and its reflection inside the country and the region, especially Saudi Arabia's policy towards Yemen. The findings show that with the Islamic Revolution of Iran, a new spirit was breathed into the Shiite movements in Yemen, and they have added to the Shiite geopolitics by imitating the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and following the values ​​of the Islamic Revolution. Therefore, concerns from some countries in the region, especially Saudi Arabia, about the impact of the Islamic Revolution on Yemen have led it to intervene in the internal affairs of Yemen in a soft and hard way.

The present study discusses reaction as a great harm to the Islamic Revolution from the perspective of the Supreme Leader; "Reaction" means to weaken, stop and return to the previous situationThis trait occurs after any revolution among individuals or groups in society who agree with the old, worn-out system and oppose progress. Reaction is one of the most important and dangerous components that threaten the Islamic Revolution.The hypothesis and the findings of the research show that the Supreme Leader considers reaction as a great danger for the revolution that arises by some revolutionaries and considers three factors as the reaction of the reaction; "Moving towards aristocracy", "trusting the affluent classes instead of paying attention to the oppressed and the weak" and "relying on foreigners instead of relying on the people". His Holiness considers the solution to this pest to be recognizing the goals of the revolution and its pillars.
