Abstract The Second Step of the Revolution Statement, serving as the Islamic Republic’s roadmap for the coming decades, is fundamentally rooted in theological thought and faith-based conviction. This research aims to precisely analyze the role of theology in the conceptual structure and discourse of this statement, employing a descriptive-analytical method combined with qualitative content analysis. Key findings indicate that concepts such as faith (Iman), reliance on God (Tawakkul), hope, justice, spirituality, and anticipation (Intizar) form the theological framework of the statement, clarifying the civilization-building axis of the Revolution. Theology in this text is not merely a moral tool, but functions as the theoretical foundation of revolutionary identity and the driving force for social transformation. The findings strongly emphasize that monotheistic theology provides the necessary ground for connecting the younger generation with the aspiration of the Islamic New Civilization, playing a key role in giving meaning and dynamism to the revolutionary discourse. Consequently, theology in the Second Step Statement is considered not a peripheral element, but the core and identity-shaping axis of the Islamic Revolution’s discourse.

Abstract The issue of accurate understanding of the indicators and requirements of the Excellent Mosque: Elite Mosque" in modern Islamic civilization is necessary because it is considered as the first platform for self-improvement and socialization, as well as the first objective institution of Islamic civilization, and is emphasized by religious scholars, especially two leaders of the revolution. For this purpose, this article tries to identify the indicators and requirements of the " Excellent Mosque" in the process of realizing the new Islamic civilization from the perspective of two leaders of the Islamic Revolution. As a hypothesis and answer to the main question, it should be said that Ayatollah Khamenei's point of view is considered as a solution for the formation of the Excellent Mosque, with a detailed analysis of the civilizational basis of Imam Khomeini. The findings and results of the research based on the descriptive and analytical method indicate that the characteristics of the Excellent Mosque in the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader in the process of realizing the modern Islamic civilization and based on the civilizational basis of Imam Khomeini are: 1. The need to create spiritual and moral progress through the mosque.2. The necessity of creating a cognitional progress by the mosque with the following functions: A: School and place of education, B: Propaganda and awareness of public opinion, C: a base for contrasting cultural and religious invasion. 3. Necessity of creating jurisprudential progress by the mosque with the following social-political functions

Abstract One of the fundamental issues that can be investigated in any revolution, after why and how it happened, is its future and prospects. Futuristic study of the revolution is one of the most used topics in terms of theory and practice about revolutions. Therefore, our attempt in this research is to answer the question of the future of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in line with the realization of the new Islamic civilization. The findings of the research indicate that the Islamic Revolution has taken effective steps in the direction of modern civilization due to its religious nature, civilizational capacities, people's insight, and the presence of leading political and religious personalities, in accordance with the structure and mental and objective context of Islam and Iran. It has also paved its future prospects. Our attempt in this research is that with a future research approach and by proposing four problems, that is; The possible futures of the Islamic Revolution, the perspective of the Islamic Revolution, the new civilization of the Islamic Revolution, and finally, the civilization-building components of the Islamic Revolution, let's look at the future research on the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
