Therefore, in the war of narratives, the domination system is trying to dominate the public opinion and achieve its arrogant goals by distorting the facts. But on the other hand, Nizam Elahi is trying to save the public opinion from the captivity of domination through the Jihad of Enlightenment. The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution chose the strategy of explanation jihad in the war of narratives, and on the other hand, by presenting the statement of the second step, he specified the goal of the Islamic Revolution and addressed the youth. Therefore, the main responsibility of this Jihad in the direction of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution is the responsibility of the middle circles who are in contact with the body of the society on the one hand and the officials of the Islamic system on the other hand. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the role of the middle circles in the Jihad of explanation with the aim of realizing the statement of the second step. The current research collects information in a library form and examines it in a descriptive-analytical form. روش نظام سلطه در حکومت بر افکار، اغوا و روش نظام الهی ارشاد است. لذا نظام سلطه در جنگ روایتها تلاش دارد تا با تحریف واقعیت‌ها، بر افکار عمومی مسلط گشته و اهداف استکباری خود را به دست آورد. اما در نقطه مقابل، نظام الهی تلاش دارد تا با جهاد روشنگری، افکار عمومی را از اسارت سلطه نجات بخشد. رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی در جنگ روایت‌ها راهبرد جهاد تبین را برگزیدند و از سوی دیگر، ایشان با ارائه بیانیه گام دوم، هدف پیش روی انقلاب اسلامی را مشخص نموده و جوانان را مخاطب قرار داده‌اند. از این رو، مسئولیت اصلی این جهاد در مسیر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی بر عهده حلقه‌های میانی است که در ارتباط با بدنه جامعه از یک سو و مسئولین نظام اسلامی از سوی دیگر هستند. لذا ضرورت دارد که نقش حلقه‌های میانی در جهاد تبیین با هدف تحقق بیانیه گام دوم مشخص گردد. پژوهش حاضر اطلاعات را به صورت کتابخانه‌ای جمع آوری و به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی بررسی می‌نماید. https://www.psirj.ir/article_169322_fe12bb2ed4334153b03cdb7d4f265bc1.pdf
