چکیده
ایالات متحده آمریکا پس از انقلاب اسلامی ایران به مهم ترین رقیب و دشمن ایران در منطقه و جهان تبدیل شد و بدین منظور این کشور از زمان انقلاب تا کنون مجموعه‌ای از استراتژی‌ها و سیاست های خصمانه را جهت تغییر رژیم و تضعیف ایران به کار برده است. نگرش‌های خصمانه ی آمریکا باعث شده است که جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز متقابلا سیاست های مهار و موازنه‌ای را در برابر این کشور به کار گیرد که ریشه و اساس آن‌ها در نگرش‌های دفاعی رهبری ایران ریشه دارد. بر این اساس این پژوهش تلاش دارد که به بررسی سیاست بازدارندگی و مهار هژمونی آمریکا در منطقه از دیدگاه حضرت امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله العالی) بپردازد تا نشان دهد که این سیاست چگونه در منطقه عمل کرده و به چه صورت هژمونی آمریکا را در منطقه تضعیف نموده است.

After the Iranian Islamic Revolution, the United States of America became the most important rival and enemy of Iran in the region and the world, and for this purpose, since the revolution, this country has used a series of hostile strategies and policies to change the regime and weaken Iran. The hostile attitudes of the United States have caused the Islamic Republic of Iran to reciprocally apply containment and balancing policies against this country, which are rooted in the defensive attitudes of the Iranian leadership. Based on this, this research tries to examine the policy of deterrence and containment of American hegemony in the region from the point of view of Imam Khamenei (Madazala Al-Ali) in order to show how this policy has worked in the region and how it has weakened American hegemony in the region.
