چکیده

یکی از مهم ترین ابعاد امنیت هرجامعه ؛ امنیت فرهنگی آن است که هویت و فرهنگ آن جامعه را پاس می دارد. نقش حیاتی و اثرگذار امنیت فرهنگی درحفظ و حراست از فرهنگ به عنوان زیرساخت اصلی تکامل و توسعه ی سایر ابعاد جامعه؛ بیانگر اهمیت آن است. بنیان های فکری وعقیدتی به عنوان ریشه ی بروز ارزش ها ، هنجارها و رفتارهایی که به وضعیتی مطمئن، پایدار و عاری از هرگونه تهدید و تعرض نسبت به فرهنگ می انجامند، نقشی اساسی درتأمین امنیت فرهنگی دارندکه از نگاه دین اسلام و نگاه مقام معظم رهبری(دام ظله العالی) نیزمورد تأکید قرارگرفته اند. سؤال اساسی این پژوهش این است که از دیدگاه قرآن کریم و مقام معظم رهبری(دام ظله العالی)، اعتقادات و باورها چه نقشی درتأمین امنیت فرهنگی دارند؟ نوشتار حاضر با روش کیفی و با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون به شناسایی وکنکاش علمی درآیات قرآن کریم و نیز اندیشه ی مقام معظم رهبری(دام ظله العالی)، در مورد باورها و عقایدی که درتأمین و تضمین امنیت فرهنگی مؤثر هستند؛ پرداخته است. دراین راستا انسجام بخشی، معنابخشیدن به زندگی وخودکنترلی ازمقوله هایی هستند که به استخراج وتحلیل نقش این مضامین درامنیت فرهنگی، براساس آیات قرآن کریم و اندیشه ی مقام معظم رهبری(حفظه الله تعالی) پرداخته شده است.

چکیده [English]

One of the most important security of any society is its cultural security which preserves the identity and culture of that society.the vital and effective role of cultural security in the preservation and protection of culture as the main infrastructure of the evolution and development of other dimensions of society; shows its importance. the idea and belief foundations are as the roots of the emergence of values, norms and behaviors that act in relation to culture to a safe, stable and free from other threats and invasions,they have a basic role in the securement of cultural security which have been emphasized from the point of view of Islam and the the Supreme Leader of IRAN.The basic question of this research is, from the point of view of the Holy Quran and the Supreme Leader,what role do beliefs and faiths play in the securement of cultural security? this article is written by qualitative method and by using the content analysis method that have identified and have studied the verses of the Holy Quran and also the thought of the Supreme Leader about the beliefs and faiths that are effective in providing and guaranteeing cultural security. in this context, giving coherence, giving meaning to life and self-control are the categories that have been devoted to the extraction and analysis of the role of these contents in cultural security, based on the verses of the Holy Quran and the thought of the Supreme Leader.
