چکیده
مبارزه با نظام سلطه و استکبار از اهداف و آرمان های بلند انقلاب اسلامی بوده و هست. و شاید بتوان مهمترین دشمن این انقلاب را همین نظام سلطه دانست. آشنایی با ماهیت نظام سلطه و استکباری و ویژگیها و نحوه عملکرد آن خصوصا از دیدگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب که پرچم دار مبارزه با نظام سلطه است از ضروریات بارز انقلاب اسلامی است. فلذا در مقاله حاضر، دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری درمورد نظام سلطه با استناد به بیانات و مکتوبات ایشان، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. از منظر مقام معظم رهبری، نظام سلطه ویژگیهایی همچون سیاست کلان؛ بردگی ملت ها، تحمیل رویکردها به سایر ملل، پیشرفت سلطه گران، تبلیغات و بزرگنمایی، تهدید و ارعاب ملت ها، دفاع از اسرائیل، متکی به بنگاه های بزرگ اقصادی جهان، ریاکاری و نفاق دارد و ابزار نظام سلطه جهانی از دیدگاه رهبری شامل ابزارهای فرهنگی و تبلیغی، حقوق بشر، عـلم و فـن آوری، سازمان بین المللی، ابزارهای اقتصادی، مداخله نظامی و ابزارهای امنیتی می باشد. موضع جمهوری اسلامی در برابر نظام سلطه در دیدگاه رهبری، گفتمان نظام اسلامی، فریاد و افشاگری علیه ظلم و سلطه، عدم پذیرش نظام سلطه گر سلطه پذیر و نابودی سلطه، تولید علم و تقویت ایمان، حفظ شعارهای ضد آمریکایی و مبارزه ی دائمی است. از دیدگاه ایشان، مبارزه‌ی با استکبار و نظام سلطه تعطیل‌پذیر نبوده و حتی جزو کارهای اساسی و جزو مبانی انقلاب است.

چکیده [English]
The struggle against the system of domination and arrogance has been and is one of the lofty goals and ideals of the Islamic Revolution. And perhaps the most important enemy of this revolution is this system of domination. Familiarity with the nature of the system of domination and arrogance and its characteristics and manner of operation, especially from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, who is the flag bearer of the struggle against the system of domination, is one of the obvious necessities of the Islamic Revolution. Therefore, in the present article, the Supreme Leader's view on the system of domination has been examined based on his statements and letters. From the Supreme Leader's point of view, the system of domination has characteristics such as macro-politics; The enslavement of nations, the imposition of approaches on other nations, the progress of hegemons, propaganda and magnification, the threat and intimidation of nations, the defense of Israel, relying on the world's great economic enterprises, hypocrisy and hypocrisy. Cultural and propaganda, human rights, science and technology, international organization, economic tools, military intervention and security tools. The Islamic Republic's position against the domination system in the view of the leadership is the discourse of the Islamic system, shouting and exposing against oppression and domination, rejecting the domineering system and destroying domination, producing knowledge and strengthening faith, maintaining anti-American slogans and constant struggle. In his view, the struggle against arrogance and the system of domination is not unstoppable and is even one of the basic tasks and foundations of the revolution.
