Elites, especially political elites, have long played an important role in the evolution of societies in various dimensions. The Islamic Revolution of Iran has been considered a turning point in the history of socio-political developments in the contemporary world, which has brought about many changes. The victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1957 symbolized the victory of a government based on values and beliefs, which opened a new chapter in popular movements and promoted the position of ideological beliefs. In this system, political elites have a prominent position and play an important role in basic decisions in various dimensions. The study of the behavior of political elites in Iran after the Islamic Revolution, especially in the last two decades, indicates the continuation of the behavioral and cultural characteristics of political elites in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The upbringing and selection of political elites in Iran after the revolution does not have a well-organized and pre-designed model. In addition to the continuation of these characteristics in the elites, other factors such as the inefficiency of political institutions, which is rooted in the behavior of the elites, has led to many changes in the political and social arena of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially in recent decades. In this article, we emphasize the rotation of political elites in Iran after the Islamic Revolution. The present study is of qualitative type and data collection has been done through books and articles.}, keywords = {Political elites,Islamic Republic,Government,political sociology,Elite Rotation}, title_fa = {چرخش نخبگان سیاسی پس از انقلاب اسلامی در ایران}, abstract_fa = {نخبگان مفهوم محوری در جامعه شناسی و علوم سیاسی است و علیرغم مفهوم پردازی های مختلف انتقادات زیادی بر آن وارد است. نخبگان به خصوص نخبگان سیاسی از دیرباز تاکنون نقش مهمی در تحولات جوامع در ابعاد مختلف داشته و دارند. انقلاب اسلامی ایران، نقطه عطفی در تاریخ تحولات سیاسی- اجتماعی دنیای معاصر محسوب گشته که تغییرات زیادی را به همراه داشته است. پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در سال 57 نماد پیروزی یک حکومت مبتنی بر ارزش ها و اعتقادات بود که فصل تازه ای در جنبش های مردمی گشود و جایگاه باورهای ایدئولوژیک را ارتقا داد. در این نظام نخبگان سیاسی از موقعیت برجسته ای برخوردار هستند و نقش مهم و بسزایی را در تصمیم گیری های اساسی در ابعاد مختلف ایفا می کنند. بررسی رفتار نخبگان سیاسی در ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی بویژه در دو دهه اخیر حکایت از تداوم ویژگی رفتاری و فرهنگی نخبگان سیاسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد. پرورش و گزینش نخبگان سیاسی در ایران بعد انقلاب یک الگوی سامان مند و از پیش طراحی شده ندارد. در کنار تداوم این ویژگی ها در نخبگان عوامل دیگری مانند ناکارآمدی نهاد های سیاسی که خود  ریشه در رفتار نخبگان دارد منجر به بروز تحولات بسیاری در عرصه سیاسی و اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به ویژه در دهه اخیر شده است. در این مقاله به چرخش نخبگان سیاسی پس از انقلاب اسلامی در ایران تاکید داریم. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و گردآوری داده ها از طریق کتاب ها و مقاله ها انجام شده است. }, keywords_fa = {نخبگان سیاسی,جمهوری اسلامی,دولت,جامعه شناسی سیاسی,چرخش نخبگان}, url = {https://www.psirj.ir/article_144917.html}, eprint = {https://www.psirj.ir/article_144917_5430db5fb31b8396f7c5c5144aea66e3.pdf} }
